Outlook Tip:New Mail Notifications at Home

11 January 2008 No Comment

Most schools that use Microsoft Outlook on site give the option for teachers to check and send mail when away from school via Outlook Web Access. This web-based client features most of the same abilities that you would get while at school, but still leaves most wanting a little more functionality. One feature that it fails to supply is the ability to know immediately when you get a new message. OWANotify offers a free solution.

OWANotify adds an icon next to your clock that not only tells you when you get new mail but also has several other very handy features.

  • Clickable popups for checking new mail
  • Reply and Delete access via the notification pop-up
  • Right Click context menu for creating new messages and reading the last unread message
  • FREE, FREE, FREE!
