Blogs, wikis, Facebook, Myspace, etc… All of these reflect the growth of Web 2.0 sites on the net, but it’s only the tip of the iceberg. The amount of sites like these are growing like crazy, and being able to find the useful ones is getting harder and harder. If you search for education or e-learning in their search box you will find a small selection of general apps that can be used in Education, but I think the power here is the usefulness for nitch groups like design, art, and music. Over the next couple of weeks you’ll probably see a few of these featured. Feel free to share how you’re using them in your classroom though.
